The criteria are few and strict:<\/p>\n

  1. The employer must provide a one-year contract for the employee.<\/li>\n
  2. Must be willing to provide accommodation to the employee for the duration of the contract.<\/li>\n
  3. Employees must work based on the labor code approved by the Assembly of Albania, respecting the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer.<\/li>\n
  4.
